XMV Xtreme Manchester
Proposal

XMV would seek to sell naming rights and sponsors, as well as exclusive concessions, retail lines, and media partners, as well as seek teaming opportunities with other NH entertainment venues and child related organizations.

XMV would seek to incorporate the names, spirits and intents of both Adam Curtis and Regis Lemaire and their families.

It would reuse/fit up the existing building, reuse/fit up of existing bowls and skate areas, design upgrades/better utilization of space, and explore and plan future phases of development expansion including possibly incorporating the Inglesia Vision Hispanic church/Payless Nail supply store (subject to cooperation and relocation), the least used field at Central Little League, and the Hunt municipal pool (the City might want to dispose in tight budgetary times and allow XMV to use as another skate/bike area). As does currently, XMV would share existing parking with JFK and Gill Stadium, and seek parking opportunities with better abutters.
